Before discussing the Technique in Theater there is a good idea to understand first What is Role Art (Theater), Role Art is one of the branches of the arts that especially learns the techniques of creating and playing roles as certain characters both on stage and in a fillm, Actors of Role art are called Actors.
There are several steps that must be considered in the Theater or the Role Art. That is :
1. Train the flexibility of the muscles of the limbs
2. Train breathing.
3. Train creation.
4. Train understanding.
5. Adding knowledge in acting
6. Prepare for the Stage.
1. Train the flexibility of the muscles of the limbs.
a. Eye of the eye (Expression) mouth.
b. Hands (wrists, arms and shoulders)
c. Foot (knee wrist, wear, step)
2. Respiratory training.
a. Breathing Correctly and Controlly is the creative cultivation of energy.
b. Reading (Clarity of words, syllables, and dead letters)
3. Train Creation.
a. Spelling the A-I-U-E-O letter
b. Sound training is done to train the utterance (spell, read, understand, direction, taste and creativity)
c. Sharpening the delivery power (Articulation)
d. Understand the understanding of Suratan and Siratan.
e. Train Understanding.
4. Train understanding.
a. Knowing, learning and understanding the history of theater and cultural history (world and Indonesia)
b. Absorb general knowledge.
c. Sharpening Ability to Analyze, (Summing up)
5. Preparing for the stage.
a. Concentration and focus
b. Observation and Absorption (Environment, atmosphere, time)
c. Imagination (Environment, objects, atmosphere, memories)
d. Understanding (Understanding, telling stories)
e. Role Character Building (Analysis, Adoption, Motivation Background)
